The developers of Theriault's Point are offering a limited number of natural, wooded lakefront lots on spring fed Belliveau Lake. Lots range from the smallest (200 ft. water frontage) to the largest measuring over 1200 ft. Each lot has beautiful, undisturbed lake frontage ideal for boating, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. Located in Digby County Nova Scotia, Belliveau Lake is 1.5 kilometers (private road) from the closest public highway. Electrical power is available but not provided.
